Not correct filing damaged my nail plate. Also the therapist touched the gel before it dried and simply applied the top coat over it. So for two weeks I need to see her fingerprints on my nails(three). She let me go with lots of gel residue on my fingers.

Hair Colouring

I booked a Shellac removal and polish, but it turns out that the salon does not actually use CND Shellac, but other brands. This was really annoying, as I wanted the fresh polish to be the same colour as before, which was a CND Shellac colour. Furthermore the technician did not use the proper method to remove the Shellac and instead filed the Shellac on my nails down, thereby ruining the actual nails. The technician also mixed base coat, colour coat and top coat from different brands, essentially using a cheaper top and base coat. The actual manicure was not great. My nails were filed into wonky shapes and the polish was painted over the cuticles, which will look terrible once the nails grow a bit. Also the colour coat on some nails ends almost a millimeter away from the cuticles, already leaving a really large gap. Overall not satisfied.
