Went in for a shellac manicure & nail art. sadly when I got in for some reason I wasn't booked in with the one person who could do nail art. The lady I ended up having was very nice and tried to make sure I was happy with what I ended up having as I told her it was for a wedding. she was very chatty and did a great job. my only criticism was that I didn't get what I booked for which was disappointing. but overall would defo recommend.

I had booked with one employee specifically but another one took over as the other one was busy with another customer. The treatment is a quite private one and I think it's fair that customers book with someone they feel comfortable with, so switching without any notice isn't great. Additionally, it was more painful (during and after) than usually.
