It's a little loud & crazy with people all over the place, staff yelling out to each other from the front of the room to the back. None of this is a reflection on their skills but it's not atmospheric either. The staff tend to talk badly about each other & other clients in front of you, so it doesn't feel professional. My eyebrow wax & tint was perfect - highly recommend it, great colours & skilled enough to mix & create exactly what you want.
The manicure/pedicure took almost an hour longer than it would anywhere else & it felt like my therapist had little experience, struggling to do some basic pedicure things. It was a little painful & that concerned me. The manicure was much better but too much was taken off my natural nails. I would return for the eyebrow wax & tint for sure.
