I was really disappointed with my treatment. They were running 25 minutes late and no-one came over to explain, so I was just left waiting with no explanation. Then when eventually I went over to the desk to say I would need to leave as it was now so late, they pulled someone off the nails they were doing and straight into my treatment. There was no time to get comfortable, relax (and no ambient background music). We were then interrupted about 3 times by knocking and shouting as the lady doing my massage was now late for her next client due to the 25 minute delay on starting my appointment. It was not relaxing at all and a huge disappointment as I normally love going here and think it is good value for money.
