I came to the salon for my scheduled mani/pedi and was asked to take a seat. For 10 mins, no one asked me anything and I had to ask the staff when I can start my appointment, which is when someone finally went to get the water ready for the pedicure.
They did a good job on the pedicure, however the manicure was HORRIBLE. I don't know if it was inexperience, but the manicurist destroyed my cuticles. I bled on a total of 5 fingers that burned and stinged for 5 days after. Until today, my cuticles are chapped and peeling and still hurt. Furthermore, she smudged my polish few times and kept insisting my nails were dry (even when I said they weren't)--they kept getting messed up and when I went I left--my nails were a mess. I had to go home an redo them myself.
I will never go back here and don't recommend it to anyone.
