Hi, Initially I had a great experience at No.1 salon. The staff were really friendly but when they asked about my haircut, i said I want it short to my shoulder and bangs in the front. However, they chopped most of it and when I asked to have a mirror to look at, I was very disappointed. There was no way to fix it. It was as it they weren't understanding me and was giving everyone the same haircut. I don't think I will go back.
