My appointment was at 6.30 and they only started doing my manicure at 7. Some girl in the salon put the foil on my nails at 6.30 and said i had to stay with it for 10 min.. 25 mins later no one comes and no one tells me anything so i asked where the girl was and apparently she was with another customer. After she finally started my manicure without even apologizing for being 30 mins late.. si was rushing through it, not even caring about my nails because it was already late and she prob wanted to get home. She wasn t even going to do my manicure thank God I told her to!!! Very poor service, i am very disappointed because i really liked the place... such a waste of my money...
