Shabby little find and I do question the hygiene to an extent - didn't see them disinfect the tools used on my nails before or after the manicure... Have been a few times and the staff don't tend to make conversation, but to be honest I prefer that. Manicure came out great, my only complaint was that a couple of my fingers bled when removing cuticles which got a bit painful.
