I was disappointed that the beautician I had booked was changed to another one without asking me — I would have preferred to reschedule had I known. I’m used to having someone else start on my nails especially if I arrive early, but this time she ended up finishing them too. Afterwards I noticed an email that had been sent to me about halfway through my appointment to let me know of the change. Seemed like a double booking which can of course happen, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I wasn’t as happy with the manicure I got this time and have to go back sooner than usually — the longevity just isn’t the same and my cuticles didn’t look nice for long at all.
