Worst experience. I booked for a balayage and a haircut. First had to wait over 30 min for my appointment.... Then I Came with pictures of both the length and colour I was looking for keeping into mind my natural hair (which is dark and curly) so it would be easy to replicate and it is a huge disappointment. I just wanted my hair a bit shorter, no layers touching my collarbone (my hair was below my shoulder when I arrived) and I left with a bob basically (over 10 cm less). I can't even tie it now which I need to for work. It is far too short because the fact that once dried curly hair becomes shorter was not taken into account. I'm not even going to comment on the colour which is non existent. I spent the afternoon there for nothing and honestly what I wanted was fairly easy. So disappointed in my treatment and would definitely not advise for anyone to go there.
