Very friendly welcoming salon, offered a hot beverage when I arrived. Olga was lovely and talked through the treatment with me beforehand. Would go back again!

I had a balayage with them which didn’t turned out well.Despite I understand sometimes the colour we want can’t always happen I think at least the new colour they created should stay at least few weeks.I initially wanted silver ash and I had dark blonde hair but I was still told they might can’t make it exact same ash but I understood and I was fine with it however the outcome wasn’t any different than my previous colour and after few washes at home I came back to my original hair colour which is really disappointing as I really tried to understand them but it’s really disappointing how the color they created didn’t even last long.I also had olaplex treatment which cost extra £20 and my hair didn’t seem to had any difference I previously had olaplex with different hairdresser which turned out really good therefore I wanted to have olaplex with them too but completely waste of money better off use argon oil& castor oil at home tbh.I was really excited about them as I have done many research and was recommended by some people but it’s just disappointing how it turned out.The color didn’t even last a week just lost words with them.It’s really up to you if you wanna try them out but from me that’s no no.

Always love coming here and get a great service although some of the newer staff may take a bit longer with the wax so it can be a bit painful however if you just let them know they are more than accomodating.
