I had a very unpleasant eyelash tingling experience here. There was no patch test done. You were left in the room by yourself. The beautician used inadequate skin protectors meaning that the skin under my eyes was stained purple - I’ve been having my eyelashes tinted for 10 years so I know that some staining is inevitable but this was unbelievable. When I said about my concerns I was told that this was normal and was not listened to...not very good customer service at all!
