Absolutely shocking experience. I got sprayed in the face by nail polish remover by a nail technician by the name of Mikita, who was rushing and acting carelessly. She pumped the nail polish out from a pump bottle using a brush, which led into nail polish remover landing onto my face, shirt and arms. It narrowly missed eye but my undereye area was burning for the rest of the appointment. She did not apologize once, nor did I receive any offer of compensation whatsoever. The finish on my nails is appalling - uneven topcoat, not dry in some parts, bumps and a horrible finish due to the tech rushing. I am extremely disappointed in my service and will never be returning to this salon again. I could have accepted a sincere apology but received none, instead being told that the burning in my eye "should go away in 10 minutes".
I have been a regular at this salon for a year, so to receive this level of carelessness, unprofessionality and sheer disrespect is incredibly upsetting. I have made a complaint to Treatwell about this as well.
