Tiny Treatment room looked more like a storage room filled with junk. Inexperienced masseuse, no stones left on palms etc. Just told to strip, no alternatives offered. No-one spoke to me afterwards, I just wondered off. 8 bright overhead spotlights meant I had to ask for a towel to cover my eyes when on my back. Noise from staff kitchen next door. Totally unrelaxing atmosphere, won't be booking a massage here again.
