This is the second time I've had my hair done by Isabel at No. 1 Hair and Beauty, and I'm still so impressed by her pleasant demeanour and great skill with very long hair! I'll continue going to her every time I'm in the area.

One of the worst experiences I've had. I am 38 weeks pregnant and I called No.1 a day before to ensure they were aware and had told them I'd need a pillow in order to help me lie comfortably. When I arrived today, the massuese was completely incompetent - gave me one face towel to put underneath my stomach and that was ONLY because I asked her if I can get a pillow. Apparently they didn't have any and expected me to rest my stomach on a face towel. Furthermore, I had asked her to turn the fan on twice as I was extremely hot and she said "it's starting" and it did not start so I was sweating! You also expect a reflexology massage to cover half your leg and feet whereas she only massaged my feet with NO pressure. I told her to increase the pressure twice but it made no difference. Normally when I have been for massages, they have asked how the pressure is but this masseuse did not engage with me at all to understand my needs especially as a pregnant woman. I was extremely unhappy and would never recommend this place to anyone.
