Pretty simple procedure, she took the old gel varnish off well and I appreciated the oil to help moisturise the nails after. My only complaint was that she offered to file the nails down - once clean, as they had grown quite long from having the gel on. I accepted, and she proceeded to clip them off like a guy would clip his toe nails! I had a really lovely shape before (although too long) and left with clipped back to nothing, sharp, straight, man-nails! Will remember not to accept the offer in future.
