I have never had lash extensions before. and Veronica made the process go very smoothly. She took great care to ensure I was comfortable and pleased with the outcome. She informed me well of the aftercare and demonstrated how to use the brush provided.
The lashes held well, and I believe I only lost a couple of the 7 days I had them. I showed her a picture and she got it spot on, considering my lashes are naturally very straight they didn't drop at all.

I have never had eyelash extensions before, but had nothing to worry about as Monica's knowledge and experience made the process comfortable and quick.
When I came to get them removed a week later, the glue was still holding well so took a little while to get them and residue of glue off! I only lost a couple of the lashes during that week, and only one or two of my own during the removal.
The gel nail removal went smoothly, aside for a couple of small sores to the surrounding skin.
