DISAPPOINTING! Not a nice or warm welcome when I arrived. My stylist introduced herself and offered me a drink which was nice. The cut was good but the colour was not AT ALL what I had asked for and was not worked into the hair, it was blocks and she was a harsh pulling out the foils, the water was cold. The colour was so bad I had to go somewhere else the next day and pay to fix it! I was devastated and literally hated it until I went elsewhere to try and do something. I won’t be going back!
