Painful. I’ve had a lot of mani/pedis in my time (and some excellent ones at No1) but this therapist was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. The pedicure was painful, she used a cream that burned my skin and didn’t seem the least concerned when I expressed my discomfort. Really bad. I’d book here again, but never again with the therapist I had this time.
