asked for dark roots and 2 slightly different ash low light and slight trim. I got bright all over brazzy orange and 3 inches chopped off my hair. I am so upset, it looks terrible and will take a year to grow back and weeks and loads of time and expense to sort the colour out. I have to go to work like this tomorrow and am totally embarrassed to go out . She cut so much of my hair off, I can't even put it in a ponytail without clips. The manager did not charge me.
