Late arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service, as this could affect the next client. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Any cancellation or no-show charge will be handled in line with Treatwell’s policy.
