The NKO experience is amazing. Nico was extremely professional and generous with her time. She explained everything about my treatment thoroughly, and made sure I was happy with everything before we went ahead. She also gave detailed insight and advice around other treatments I asked her about. The environment is also very peaceful and calm. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and Nico is a real expert at what she does. I’m so happy with my brows, it’s the best they’ve ever looked.

I was on my way home from work one evening and popped in for some advice. Nicoleta was very warm and welcoming and talked me through the different procedures of what she would be able to create with the thin brows I had. I naturally felt I could trust her expertise, so booked an appointment for eyebrows shape and tint (to start off with). Before leaving Nicoleta applied a patch test. On the day of appointment, Nicoleta was so attentive and skillful. Thank you! I love my new look Nicoleta!x!
