This was my first experience of electrolysis, and first visit to NKD studio with Theresa. I felt most welcome, made very comfortable, Theresa was kind and considerate, explained everything clearly and was sensitive and proactive to my issues with allergies. The treatment was careful, gentle and I was checked in with repeatedly for comfort and ease. Thank you so much :)

Theresa took great care of me, took on board my current back pain flare & accommodated me very well, the massage was so relaxing and felt amazing afterward & my pain was reduced (noise outside the massage room could be a little distracting at times)
