Despite confirming the appointment by text, they just never turned up. I travelled, waited and then had to leave. So unprofessional. To be fair, the owner Nadine tried to call but I wasn’t really interested in the excuse. They did refund my deposit however. I would avoid as although this may have been a simple mistake, it suggests a lack of professionalism and that they are unreliable. Not great qualities for someone you trust to inject your face!

This salon, NK Flawless, based in Abbey Lane, Meadowbank, is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Nadine, the lady who performed my procedure, was super friendly, very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way.
The procedure itself was painless (I suspect a lot of this was down to Nadine's skills) but the best part of this encounter, was the end results. This was so much better than I had originally anticipated.
This is the 2nd time I have used this venue. Highly recommend.

Recently had tear trough filler. Nadine is excellent at what she does and her knowledge is exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning for further tweaks
