Was greeted really nicely when I entered and made to feel at ease, the room was lovely and warm which was especially comforting since it was a bitter day. Prior to the massage I was asked if I had any problem areas/ areas to focus on or to avoid. This was listened to carefully which is important to me as I had an injured hip which needed a wide birth. The massage itself was great, I like a firm massage and the pressure was spot on. Not sure if it was the candles or the massage oils but it smelled delicious in there. Would definitely go back!
