I went in with muscle knots and tightness in my lower back and shoulders, both of which had been causing me a lots of pain and discomfort in everything from sleeping to walking.
After my treatment I was able to walk freely for the first time in weeks! I had a lovely walk in the park with the dog that afternoon, which was something I actually enjoyed rather than endured as before, and I slept much more deeply than usual.

Nasima is amazing, I have joint pain in my knees and shoulder. The hot stone massage made such a difference I felt pain free going home and a few days after. I will definetly have this treatment again
