the lady was very friendly and asked about requirements. however she worked somewhat hesitantly, in way too big strips at once and the service was way more painful than needed. i wouldn't even say there was an ambiance, the room closely resembled a storage facility witb fluorecent lights. all that priced at the range of an experienced beautician at a cozy salon...
