Nisa is a little bit of a hole in the wall type of place ... but the service they provide is absolutely incredible. They do a proper Thai massage even walking in your back if you want them to. They are absolute professionals with what they do.

Pros 1. The 2 staff members I met were nice and made me feel welcome. The first took me downstairs to the therapy room. I think she might've been the owner. The second was the therapist (Kob). 2. The foot massage I had was very good. Thank you Kob. 3. Everything looked clean enough. 4. Good location. 5. The massage lasted for the full amount of time I booked and paid for (no cheating me of time and money - I've never gone back to any spas who have shortchanged me!). Cons 1. The relaxing music cut out early on in my massage and the therapist didn't put it back on. Without any music on I could hear a loud fan or machine and outdoor noise for the rest of my massage. 2. A Body Shop product was used and I don't really like Body Shop products. I would have liked oil or a better quality product used. 3. I didn't like having to rest my face on a cushion that other people had also been resting their faces on. 4. I had booked Reflexology but was given a foot massage and not Reflexology. I wasn't too bothered as the foot massage was really good but I was still a little disappointed because maybe reflexology works better as a treatment. I did speak to the staff member who looked like she might be the owner or manager and she told me I need to tell the therapist how much pressure to apply. As someone who is not a qualified reflexologist I couldn't tell the therapist how to do the reflexology treatment and I wouldn't want to even if I did know because I just want to relax quietly and not tell someone how to do their job! I will go back to Nisa Spa to try more massage treatments.

This is a very strange place - basically in someone’s living room. She rubbed hot oil on me and then took it off with a very rough towel
