They welcomed me as soon as I came in and were already waiting for me. the massage rooms and steam room were all set up and ready, everything smelled great and was peaceful despite being underground. Given all the time I needed to get ready and they didn't rush me one bit. The steam room was divine and I was lucky enough to have it to myself. Great for a lunchtime relaxation session, would highly recommend.

I arrived and got taken straight to the room. It was lovely and clean and warm. The massuese was really nice and asked whether I would prefer soft/medium/hard. I chose hard but asked for her to check in with me and she did. I think it's one of the best massages I have ever had.

The experience was good I would go again. The deep tissue massage was good. The only thing for me was the noise, it was abit hard to completely relax as I could hear a lot of loud noises.
