Buzzed at the main door and no one came to open it, just had to search the building for the salon. Sat on my own waiting for 15 mins. When Emily did show up she was friendly. My treatment started and only after I complained about burning did she ask about a skin test, and carried on despite me not having one. The other member of staff in the room didn’t stop swearing and complaining the entire time. The lashes looked good in the end but I’ve only had them 4 days and most have come out already.

Got my brows tint done by Georgina, it was my first time so didn’t really know what colour to go for and wasn’t given much explanation, in the end went for something too light to my liking. But still Georgina did a good job with the waxing
Got my lashes done by Emily after that and she was very professional and did a very good job!! Fell asleep because it was so relaxing ! Would definitely go back again for the eye lash extensions !
