Shabby in areas. Not very welcoming and told I was late despite using the bathroom on arrival. Manicurist was quite rough.

Staff was super friendly, the lashes look amazing, it was quick and it’s super comfy - honestly could’ve fallen asleep. Absolutely loved it.
