I love getting my eyebrows done by Sophie, she always puts me at ease and is talented at what she does. Nirvana is a comfortable atmosphere to be in and everyone is nice

Pros- great therapist who took her time with my nervous friend, friendly atmosphere Cons - not all staff wearing masks, two little dogs running round - not really bothered myself but some people may be allergic and no warning was given about this!
