I foolishly thought I’d booked for Saturday but in error I’d booked for Thursday. Didn’t realise till I showed up but I was still fitted in on a busy Saturday. Thank you. Definitely hooked now.

Struggled to find the shop so called the number and asked for help was on time for the appointment at this point and virtually outside. It was torrential rain so I was struggling to see my map on my phone and said this on the phone and was told it was ok - struggled but found the place and was met with passive aggressive comments about being late and refusal to do the treatment I had paid for understood the time limit but was very unprofessional and uncomfortable and would not visit again
