I'm so awkward but Rachel was so lovely, made me feel at ease, let me know what part of my lashes she was up to etc. All the beauticians just seem like really lovely women. The lashes themselves are beautiful, really well done. I got elbowed on the night when I got them, have a big swollen black eye but my lashes still managed to stay in tact?!
