Sophie is so lovely, friendly and polite! She made the experience so easy. The treatment itself she left ample time for the numbing cream to settle in so it didn’t hurt at all, my brows are such a lovely shape and she left me with lots of after care information! I’d definitely recommend Sophie and will definitely be returning!
