Had a really bad experience the first time I had a lvl at a different salon, nirvana had the best reviews so I booked in, Ellie was so friendly and we talked the entire appointment rather than her leaving while my lashes marinaded, she did an absolutely beautiful job and I am in love with my lashes. She’s very professional and reassuring, will definitely be rebooking when it’s time for another session
