I came in and done the four sessions for the cryolipolysis i have changed my diet yet I haven’t been the gym and have still seen major improvements in my arms and stomach, since coming I have lost a stone and i am absolutely made up with the results. It isn’t painful and Natasha is so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable here. Would definitely recommend, I have always had stubborn fat just above my elbow which has now gone for my wedding. So happy !

Natasha was absolutely fantastic! I had a micro needleing facial with her and her attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend adding on the red LED light therapy after as it works wonders together. I felt so comfortable and actually learned alot about my skin too.
Nirvana as a whole is a great establishment, always welcoming with a small and a catch up. Couldn't recommend Natasha and the girls enough.
See you again in 4 weeks for my next session.
