I usually have my eyebrows tinted and waxed here by Ellie but sadly I was very disappointed this time around.
I had booked with Ellie through Treatwell, but another lady was doing my eyebrows instead, not sure why.
Whilst I love the shape and tint, I did notice several stray hairs left. When I got home, I also noticed that a bit of my skin had actually been ripped off at the side of my eyebrow and has now formed scab. She also did not trim the hairs which Ellie usually does at the end.
This is such a shame because I do usually love getting my eyebrows done here but I feel put off now. I also paid more to have them done this time as the prices seem to have increased.

The girls are all so nice and welcoming they are amazing at what they do my HD brows are amazing definitely the best in Liverpool I would highly recommend them
