I was a little nervous ( having microblading) and had heard it could hurt. The staff are all so friendly and soon put me at ease. Sophie ensured the anaesthetic cream was left on long enough for the treatment to not hurt at all. The clinic is clean and tidy and equipment sterilised between patients. Full explanation was given about pre/ during and after treatment.
I have recommended the clinic to family and friends.
