Having been to nirvana a few times before I wasn’t disappointed with the experience from start to finish the moment I arrived I was booked in asked to take a seat as Sophie would be with me shortly I was offered a drink in the meantime. I was numbed up immediately then once that had done it’s job I was called through for my treatment which I am delighted with, Sophie talks you through the whole procedure. All in all a very positive experience which I would have no hesitation in recommending.
