Having had a lash lift done several times with amazing results, I was really looking forward to having the treatment done again. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly uncomfortable from start to finish. The girl who did my lashes had no interest in being friendly. I understand that she was busy but she took one look at me and looked at me like I was dirt. Not only was the ambiance awkward and unpleasant, the actual lash lift was awful. I finished up with one very curled lash and one flat one, which looks ridiculous. In addition to this, loads of product was left in the lashes, which made my eyes sting. This has never happened when I'd had it done before. I tried brushing it out which didn't help and was only able to wash it off after I had waited 2 days. I really regret not saying something, or even leaving at the beginning when the girl made a snarky remark, but the atmosphere was so award, and there were so many other members of staff it would have been a nightmare to complain. All in all terrible experience.

Ever since I walked through the door I felt welcomed, in my consultation I was made to feel valued and listened to by Sophie, especially as I had had block tattoo and microblading before so I felt a little nervous. When I came for the treatment I felt at ease and comfortable, Sophie was so friendly and genuine I trusted her to provide great customer service. I would highly recommend and can’t thank Sophie enough!
