Ever since I walked through the door I felt welcomed, in my consultation I was made to feel valued and listened to by Sophie, especially as I had had block tattoo and microblading before so I felt a little nervous. When I came for the treatment I felt at ease and comfortable, Sophie was so friendly and genuine I trusted her to provide great customer service.
