Felt like my appointment has been rushed. I left with nail polish not only on my nail plate but also on my nail folds. Not very gentle work either. Left with bleeding cuticles. Used to love it and I'm sorry to say that, but recently I'm very unhappy. Won't come back.

Have had LVL lashes at 5 or 6 different places over the years and somehow Ellie is always the best. Great tint which gets every lash, great lift and curl, and lasts longer than anywhere else I’ve been. Great brows too, wouldn’t go anywhere else for brows either even if they were giving them away! Just don’t trust anyone else.
