I had a lovely massage from Liv who recognised from her knowledge and experience, exactly where my problems were in my back. The massage was relaxing and I felt a great improvement immediatly after the massage. I will certainly be back in a few weeks for another. Great value for money!

My lashes are great and Laura done a great job it was more the customer service they need to work on and be more professional I run a salon myself so I know what standards should be set. This place is in a building on the 2nd floor so when buzzed in had no idea where I was going when they should of Said “hello come through we’re on the 2nd floor” instead I was walking about like a headless chicken! When I came up the stairs nothing was posted for reception so I just popped my head in asking “is this reception” where I was replied with a nod and what am I in for just take a sit, no one told my therapist I was there, so my 1st treatment was massage I was took in the room told to fill a form out and to take my top which went 5 min in to my treatment time (even tho I was 10mins early and could of done that in that time) massage was good but I paid for 30mins and she stopped at 25 mins in so I only really had 20mins which I wasn’t happy about then I was left to wait another 20mins over my treatment time with out anyone tell me they’re running late. In the treatment room the other therapist was not so professional swearing chewing food, I found that extremely unprofessional as I’m trying to have an relaxing treatment and all I hear is that. It’s a shame really because the treatments were really good but because of that experience I wouldn’t be returning! My lashes are fab and Laura was lovely and my massage would of been perfect if I was give the correct time I paid for. I think it just need to be more ran professional and like a business.
