Went there many times and everybody is professional and polite starting form Alice at the reception to massage therapists Emma and Alexa but this time , had a poor experience which Adele who was rude and not happy when I asked her to increase pressure on specific areas as calves and made me feel very uncomfortable
Furthermore, her massage was 2/5 maximum .Hence some poor reviews about her and not all good reviews !
I will not book with her again :(

Rosa is a fantastic therapist - she cannot be faulted.
However the customer service upon entering the premises requires improvement.
I was told several times that I had booked two appointments at the same time when I had my confirmation of the one hour appointment I had booked in my hand.
I was then asked to pay £45 despite my booking saying £36.
I didn’t find it appropriate to be asked to come behind the cash desk to look at the staff computer before they rectified their system error.
