Was a good massage - quite thorough, though slightly impersonal (no preliminary questions or asking why I was attending.) Began with a male therapist however this treatment did not feel like deep tissue so I requested a change to another a therapist - the receptionist quickly obliged and sorted out the issue. Overall a positive experience
