Lucy is easily the best and most knowledgeable physio/massage therapist I have experienced. She managed to free up my frozen shoulder incredibly quickly and the exercises and advice given were absolutely first rate. Thoroughly recommend Lucy 10/10

Absolutely wonderful massage. It was relaxing but Alina applied a good level of pressure and worked on the areas I needed extra attention on which she had asked me about before we started. She was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable I will definitely go back.
