Booked an appointment on the day as was in the area and wanted to de-stress. The massage was in line with expectation i.e. not to hard. A nice twist was the head massage using a scented oil which gave a nice aura of calmness and the shoulder massage right at the end. Thanks Emma.

I booked 3 days in advance at 11.30am only to be told on my arrival Nikki won't start till 3pm and no one else was available for 45 minutes and I had already paid for my parking.
Didn't even apologise or offer any compensation.
