Really pleased overall! Lash lift went well although I'm noticing now it seems to have taken more on one eye than the other- not sure what that's about. My appointment started 15 minutes late and there was no apology or "sorry but we're running behind" from anyone which was a bit off-putting. Other than that it was great, good chat, good treatment, nice place!!
