I was rushed while the staff member doing my nails complained that she wanted to go home. I was also told to pay more in future and the staff member was sighing throughout my treatment. What was supposed to be a luxurious moment of me-time turned into me feeling like I was in the way. The treatment was not as advertised on the site either. I hoped for a pedicure with dead skin removed, but I only got my nails painted. The varnish was also very thin, so the whites of my nails were visible and it all chipped off a few days after (it was shellac). The doorbell also did not work, leaving me outside for over ten minutes until another tenant left the building. Waste of money and will not be returning.

Lovely service; professional, no messing about and they really know what they're doing. Been once previously and service was to the same standard. It's nice to go to a salon where you feel like you're in good hands and I will definitely be a regular customer here now!

I booked in for shellac but ended up getting the dip nails. They are the best nails I've had. Georgie did a great job and I can't wait to get them done again.
